My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable experience. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location, although great, had some accessibility challenges. The dining options were varied and satisfying. Overall, a great value for money.

The Pullman hotel has been here for a while and although the rooms looked nice on the surface, they were far too small for 3 people, especially during our 6-night stay. The pictures on the website didn't match the reality. The service was lovely, with friendly and helpful staff, but some aspects like drink and food orders seemed a bit uncoordinated. The location is superb, walking distance to the old Montpellier attractions, although not particularly interesting surroundings. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a rich variety of dishes. Overall, a mixed experience in terms of room size and accuracy compared to the pictures, but impeccable service and excellent dining options.
